The PSI standalone harness was first created over 20 years ago, our innovative layout allows for simple ground and power installation, and has since become the standard for the LS Swap industry.  

Each harness is made using high temp cross-linked polyethylene TXL or GXL wire.  Each splice is made using an ultrasonic wire welder, and then covered in high temp heat shrink. Harness power circuits are protected by fusible link wire, and then fused for their individual circuits. Harnesses are taped and loomed using high temp tape, and either F6 Pet braid, or Nylon split loom.  Terminals and connectors meet or exceed OEM specifications from Delphi/Aptiv, Yazaki, Kostal etc. Finally each harness is tested for 100% functionality and accuracy using computer based Dynalab or Cirris test equipment.
