    A PSI PCM is the perfect complement to your PSI harness as they are tuned according to your specifications to match your setup. With PSI’s 2 decades of tuning experience, we ensure your PCM is programmed with the appropriate operating system for your engine and transmission combination along with calibrating it for the appropriate displacement, mass air flow sensor use, injector style and flow rate, throttle body type, tire size and gear ratio. Your PCM will be tuned to operate as closely to an OEM tune as possible based on your specific application; all builds are different and the same engine build between different vehicles, in different locations, or being used for different purposes, will require a custom tune to get the vehicle dialed in for your particular setup. Because of this our computers are not locked so the included base tune can be adjusted to reach the goals you’re trying to achieve.

      PSI programming includes the following:

      • Correct Operating System for your Engine and Transmission Combination
      • Removal of Vehicle Anti-Theft System (VATS)
      • Lowering of Cooling Fan Temperatures (Fan #1 ON at 195F, Fan #2 ON at 205F)
      • MAF Sensor
      • Fuel Injector Flow Rate
      • MAP Sensor
      • Throttle Body Used
      • Alternator Settings (2 Pin or 4 Pin)
      • Updates for Correct Tire Size and Gear Ratio

      TRANSMISSION COMPATIBILITY:

      All 8 + 10 Speed TCM Tuning REQUIRE your TUN (Transmission unique number). Without the TUN from your transmission you may experience shifting issues, communication errors, no gear progression or other issues. Warranties can not be honored without this information.

      6L80/90Es: Must be 2013+ model year transmissions to work with a Gen 5 LT system.

      8L80/90Es: 2014-2018 gen 1 model years currently compatible. The gen 2 8 speeds (2019+) are currently NOT compatible.

      10L80/90Es: All 2017-2018 Gen 1 10 speed transmissions are compatible. 2019-21 2wd Truck/SUV and all 19+ Gm Performance and Camaro are compatible. 2022+ Gen 2 10 speed transmissions with the electronic transmission range select (ETRS) are NOT compatible. These ETRS transmissions will only have a "park" and "out of park" position on the external shift lever on the driver side of the transmission.

      FANS: Fan control functionality is dependent on the operating system your ECM requires. Depending on your particular setup fan operation cannot be guaranteed using a relay system like KIT-1010. Fan control and operation can only be guaranteed if using PAC-2800BT.

      WARNING: The installed tune is a base/startup tune, mirroring a factory OEM tune based on the options selected in your order. The tune will remove the VATS (Vehicle Anti-Theft System), bypass VVT (if applicable), disable DOD (if applicable), and remove any restrictions preventing operation of the engine when installed in a different vehicle.

      If the engine has a different camshaft, ANY performance modifications, or has any components that differ from options selected on your tune request the following issues may occur: No start, erratic idle, surging, check engine lights, limp mode, lack of shifting, no throttle response, poor power delivery, and other issues possibly rendering the engine inoperable. Any engine or transmission modifications will REQUIRE a custom tune to ensure proper operation and prevent serious damage. PSI Conversion cannot be held responsible for issues related to operation or performance when the engine/transmission has been modified, or varies from the options selected when the tune was installed.
